Sorry I didn't get back to ya sooner, Hogman. Good to see some life in here. I hope Hamster hasn't given it up. Can you believe you got 287 views.. . and ya didn't post a single pick in this thing. :facepalm:
And here I was, typing away like crazy, got 200 "stinkin" VIEWS and the same no. of replies you got. Ooops, make that one less than you cause I'm replying to you so that makes one for you.
This thing is going to go over 350 MGs (Mystery Guests) Views now that you got ONE reply. :lol:
You been playing Suffolk? Hope you're doing well there. Slip in a baseball pick in one of your posts ESP. when we get to the playoffs. Or put it in the MLB forum and I'll check it out. I got a feeling you know your basebawlers.
While I'm here.... . I like one going today (Mon.) in the 5th at Philly, of course. He's the second longest shot on the board (my specialty)
See what you think about the no. 9 hoss, Grande. IF he finishes first or second, the zacta is mine. IF he wins... I may add a triple to the pot. Got plenty underneath him in trifectas.

Damn, I forgot to add something to the above. I'll be backing up my no. 9 hoss exotics with WIN plays on the nos. 6 and 7, BOTH execellent odds. You don't need to put much on each of those two to back up the main play (no. 9 is zotics). You could go a little extra on those two such that, if either wins, you'll still come out ahead for that 5th race. Each should be well into double digit odds.

Me? IF that 6 woulda got 2nd - it woulda been a DOUBLE Super Philly Bomber (zacta AND Tri). I did double up with the no. 9 on top ($4 instead of $2) though on the zactas and that's fine by me.

Looks like there are a few MJers with keyboards in hand around today. Also looks like today was a good day for me .....and.... maybe more to come.
I played zactas in the 6th ... . 2,5 top/bot with the 3,9. When the zacta nos. are on the same side - you get a piece of coal in yer bankaroo
BUT, if ya also play one them pretty decent on the side... like maybe a Win/Place on no. 5 in that race... you get the "bonus" payoff.

Been a lucky day so far right from the get go.. maybe it'll last a little longer for us.

7th race.. I had this race marked as PLAYABLE. But, my ratings came up with the 7 and 10 as top picks. Thems Huge favorites right now and that ain't the way to play this place.
BTW, no. 6 looked decent on the twack. Still, not he bestest of plays.

For me; I don't see anybody beating the no. 7, Closing Hour. He's bet down and I might take him with a few longshots , Small plays.
I just might skip it and root for Hamsters hoss.
Pieces just don't fall into place for me for this race.

Oh well, that no. 2 was the last horse I eliminated and he got 2nd. Didn't care much for a 6/5, 9/2 exacta.
It won't pay much anyways.
Hamster.. . your 3 had nice, early speed. Oh yeah, I've had plenty of them alright. Early speed types used to hold up very well at this track but not so much recently. Still, it's ALWAYS an edge.
