Have you heard the latest? Being reported that Good 'ol Joe is related to Charles Keating. No confirmation of that yet, but if true, that would have to rank right up there in political miscues of any generation. And with the McCain campaign, that is saying something.

Looks like Sparta came in and Kicked some Liberal ass, JMHO of course. :mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

Wrong again Hannity fanboy. Sparta reminded us that you neocons have a neogasm every time Wasilla-Barbie takes the stage and regurgitates her talking points. Well, everyone except gw, that is. I think he's suffering from "electile dysfunction".

this dead beat fraud of a plumber was easy to spot. In his wisdom he even mention Matt Damon . Only neo cons like to mention how bad those dirty Hollywood people are so their retards (their base) can run with it just like this fraud. The problem with those educated Hollywood people is that they have the ability to call out the neocons bullshit and when you call out a neo-cons bullshit that means somehow you are anti American.
What really is remarkable is the guys in here who support these liars. Must be some type of character issues with these dopes because when you see a pathetic episode like this one unfold, and still can't figure out you are being played a fool, then maybe you are to dumb to voteto begin with. I would be willing to bet that McCain didn't even know this fraud was a plant because that is how these dirtbags operate. Just do it behind his back and hope nobody finds out. God bless the internet so these assholes can't get away with this type of shit anymore. Then again we have some in here who still think the guy is legit.

again.. what new socialist state? what have we been living in all this time? current government tax scales and spending make this America, but Obama's would make it Amerika?

Was it "Amerika" during the Eisenhower years when the top income tax rate was 91%? 70% under Nixon?

Gee I'm glad I was born after those communist regimes.

i forget which moderator said it at which debate, but he said to obama(i`m paraphrasing),"taxing people in a recession never works....why would you do that?"

obama answered,"i`m trying to be fair"...

simple game..mccain`s tax plan emphasizes economic growth....

obambi`s tax plan emphasizes redistribution of wealth..."spread the wealth around"...bock`s own words... and redistribution of wealth is socialism....

?from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.? ?- karl marx

?i think when you spread the wealth around, it?s good for everybody.? ?- barak obama aka "senator government"

It's amazing how you neo-conservatives and trickle-down idealogues get all jacked up about "redistribution of wealth". Here's a news flash for you: Redistribution of wealth started with the Bush tax cuts -- the rich got richer, the middle-class flat-lined and the poor got poorer. So keep defending the Wall Street crowd's trickle-down policies and soon the wealthiest 2% that currently controls 80% of the wealth in this country will soon control 90%.

do you work?...who employs you?...if they`re taxed out the ying yang,,what are the chances they might lay you off?....

business gets taxed, guess who pays?....you think they do?...

do you even think this stuff through?...

the obama,"vote for me, you needy, dependent, ignorant, brain-dead hicks, i'm your better"strategy seems to be working like a charm...

I agree that tax increases are a bad idea. But if you are going to spend, you have to tax. You can't have it both ways. At least the Democrats understand THAT part of it.

Whether or not Obama's tax plan will work, my point is, I don't understand how it makes him a communist. If he is a socialist, then so is every other politician in the last 75 years who has voted for any tax plan that wasn't a flat tax.

I spose it's not that much different than people calling Bush a fascist... but sometimes it all just becomes too much hyperbole for me.

cause he said it....it came right out of his mouth....i`m guessing that`s why the media is treating joe plumber, the typical guy you`d figure democrats were working for(single dad working his way up from the bottom as an apprentice to a journeyman to a master).....salt of the earth....

all the guy did was ask a question in his own neighborhood...

and for this he`s being attacked like he was a member of the manson familiy..news trucks parked outside his home...reporters digging into his personal life.....disgusting...

lou dobbs asked,"how many news trucks are staked out in front of william ayres` house?"...lol

baxcck to the subject...the concept of taxation is meant for the defense of our country,infrastructure(i.e. roads, police, fire) etc......and it`s evolved over the years to include some social programs(medicare, social security)...

but it was never intended as an apparatus to steal money from the productive and give it to the non-productive...

he`s proposing writing checks to people that don`t pay taxes.....

wtf is that?...it`s called communism...

this isn`t a communist country...

joe the fool is the cheney ,bush, mccain base... right DTB ... He owes back taxes ....

Damn B-- I thought was Charles Rangels--

You must have missed that--somehow NBC didn't have their camera crews out at his house :)

The crux of the matter is O getting caught acknowleging to him his agenda of spreading the wealth.

Fact is O was on his turf and went up to speak to him--and he told him what he thought--and you get liberal media playing looking in every nook and cranny and pounding him unmercifully--

Hell the way they make him out you think--he had dysfunctional back round--drug history--associations to organized crime-terrorists and racial radicals--and a name like Joe Bin Laden.

Hmm on 2nd thought he be their media daring then--wouldn't he.:SIB

Perhaps it's because John McCain attempted to USE Joe Plumber for his own political gain - MANY times in the debate - and made HIM the issue for people to look at and hopefully identify with. I'd say the fact John McCain apologized to Joe Plumber himself on Letterman for putting him in this position is a pretty good indication of responsibilty. Or perhaps it's just easier to put the blame on the media, when the guy you are supporting is the one ultimately responsible for his current situation? Another gamble, and political idea, gone wrong, and of course it's the other guys who are at fault.

And, evidently, the McCain campaign vetted Joe the Plumber as much as they vetted his running mate. They do need someone else to blame, no doubt.
