Now I hope not to get beaten up over this, but isn't the mantra of this great nation we live in that one is "innocent until proven guilty" (unless, of course, we're talking about an arab suspected of terrorism)?? So shouldn't the benefit of the doubt go towards the accused until the evidence proves him otherwise??
