Is this the same kind of schooling you gave about a week ago, and then you turned around 3 days later and bet on the Lakers against one of the best teams in the league, and they lost by 15??

I would be interested to hear how the game you bet on was more valuable than the other one, where the Lakers were playing an opponent that wasn't as good, and they were getting more points?

Let me ask you a curiosity question about the word VALUE?

How would you define the word VALUE when making a bet on the Lakers tonight....Because i keep banging my head against the wall and i can`t seem to come up with any VALUE on a garbage team like the Lakers.

I look at it this way...They are skidding out of control 15-18 they sit in 11th place in the west. Losers of 3 in a row and 1-4 in there last 5. Worst then that......

Gasol and Howard were out of the line up tonight....

That`s a combined 30 points and 20 rebounds siting in suits at the end of the bench.

Maybe you saw VALUE in there back-ups Robert Sacre and Earl Clark...I don`t know.

Then again,the word VALUE and gambling should never go hand in hand....Especially when not used properly.

WildBill I think you are a great guy, but I have to respectfully disagree. Going into a thread and saying "school these guys" is a pompous better-than-thou attitude that is ridiculous. As if he is a better capper and knows more about the NBA than all the other guys in this thread. As if we are all to know about a late-game personnel addition. This is not the first time he has displayed that attitude. He never contributes positively to anyone else's thread, and self-aggrandizes himself all the time.

These types of forums should be a place to go and gather information, and that was the whole point of this thread. That type of attitude discourages these types of questions, and are detrimental for the forum.

Doesn't matter. No useful information provided. Why come in and say anythimg. I'm. Sitting here in a casino right now watching the games with no puter and played the Cavs @ 7.5 on the but and than I look up @ the bord and all of a sudden. It 9.5. I don't agree. When a jackass comes into a thread and says, "school these guys," he is not being helpful.

I knew that Howard was in, and it didn't bother me to bet it. Irving being out was a different story. And sometimes you just don't know because it is a GAME TIME decision. So we all asked. Howard has lost me bets, see Houston/Laker game, in which the Lakers were up by 17 and lost because Howard was such a liability at the free throw line.
