Everyone worried about this guy, but not a word about the 23 year old woman who burned to death in her car.

This is correct. I drove heavily impaired 200 nights a year for a decade. Nowadays I rarely have over two cocktails in a sitting. I may have had more than two drinks in one evening five times in 2021. When I do, i catch a lift or an Uber. I?m very fortunate that I made it through that decade without killing anyone or myself. I did slam into a tree at 80 miles an hour with my girlfriend and good friend of mine both passed out in the car. We all walked away from it. I didn?t learn, though. I proceeded to continue that behavior until I was about 28. And, in my 30s I drove and paired quite a few times. Just not nearly at the same clip as I did in my 20s. About eight months ago hi drove myself and several people home from a neighborhood bar heavily impaired. The drunkest I?ve been this year by a mile. Anyway, I was pulled over despite traveling less than a mile and only on side streets. Police officer asked me if I was drinking and I said no. He looked at me and said that?s absurd you?re drunk as hell. I gave him my license. He ran my license realized I didn?t have any outstanding warrants then return to my car and offered to drive myself and my passengers home. I was so impaired, that I did not even pull over. I was in the middle of the street at this point. His partner parked my car for me and return the keys. Then they dropped the three of us off. Very fortunate that I did not get arrested or worse. That will be the last time that I drive impaired. I will not do it again under any circumstances. So, I am not judging rugs for this, because I know I did it myself, but he had the keys to the life of a one percent her and that?s all gone now no matter what.

I went out alone in my 20's alwys always te before going out and if there was food at the night club i'd eat that too because i drank all heavy mixed drinks. DIDNT like Beer and i drank 4 - 6 drinks every time

ONCE i drove home drunk made it home easily had control of car but damn forgot where i parked my car ...

ONE thing tho trying to find that special girl in a night club i learned is not the way to go!

also if you wanna be sober drink a seltzer with twist of lime or lemon looks like booze but isnt

Not only did the lady burn to death, her dog burned to death as well.

Fuck him.

"Tina O. Tintor was the name of the Las Vegas woman who died with her dog in the wrecked and burned Toyota RAV4. Records show she lived several blocks from where the crash occurred on a busy thoroughfare in a residential area several miles west of the Las Vegas Strip."

Driving while impaired laws in the USA are a fucking joke, that is one major reason why we see examples in this thread of people driving impaired. No consequences, none.

Hell you have people driving around with numerous DUI's on their record, it is laughable. Bottom line, if you are caught driving while intoxicated you should never be allowed to operate a motor vehicle ever again.

The countries that have strict DUI laws have less deaths are the road, that is a fact.

And for the record if you drive impaired and you kill somebody you should get a minimum 25 years, that's my take.

Why is it that 95 percent of the time the piece of shit DUI driver lives, and the innocent people die? Seems to always happen.

His girlfriend survived the crash, so I guess one innocent person survived........

"Ruggs' girlfriend, identified by police as Kiara Je'nai Kilgo-Washington, 22, of Las Vegas, was with him in the car and was also injured in the crash. She underwent surgery Tuesday for a severe arm injury, authorities said."

Oh and Ruggs had a loaded gun in the car (found next to his seat) as well.......nothing like being intoxicated driving around residential streets at 156 mph with a loaded gun next to you.
