That sounds like a good idea. It's pretty tough to maintain civility in any political forum without moderators. I think Chadman and GW would do a fine job, so would Cie. Why not give it a try? :shrug:

Lumi... most threads tend to take on a life of their own but for example, when a guy starts a thread with a racial slur on the President or the First Lady, IMO you need moderators to filter that stuff. Some guys are just unable to police themselves.

Yup, it goes both ways Ray. Which is why you need guys who are capable of excercising some level of objectivity in moderating a forum.

When stuff like that happens, that's when the rational thinking adults all have to weigh in and say enough ! Regardless of what the shit head news hounds are saying, we have to put ourselves in that position of Palin or Obama of having young children who have been put in a situation like that.
