For real i just think smart money waited out the +1.5s to try and see 3 and then pounced - but that's just a guess

What's up with the late PSU steam??

Classic line movement really. People on Penn St waited all week for 3 while ND took money at -1 to -2. At some point the Penn St money was coming, the 3 never came. There really isnt much difference between +2 and -1 so here we are.
