Do people associate MLB with white people? You can count the number of blacks in baseball on one hand these days.
Do people associate NBA with black people? You can count the number of white americans in the NBA on one hand.
As for seeing it from a gambling aspect:
MLB is proven to be one of the worst sports to bet on.
Nascar is a cash reward for the ones who do research. I will trust what a car can do on a regular basis over a pitcher any day.
