These guys split beating each other in the other ones gym.Rider ended on somewhat of a hot streak winning 6 of last 9 games.I think Robinson the Broncos pt gd is the key..he can penetrate and kick out to Thompson who I think was named MAAC POY.With Ringgold and Gadson inside they have slight advantage over Peters front line.Peter has Jenkins and Leon...Rider started out as pre-season No 2 behind Siena...they go out and beat Miss St..and now have a 8-9 league record..I think their dangerous.Peter plays great defense,Rider has better offense...like Rider today.
UConn +1 over USF ***
Think Huskies are quicker,more athletic...need this win big time after last few weeks.Jones is awesome but Huskies are the better team with dyson and co.
Kansas -2.5 over Mizzou **
Central fl -1.5 over Rice ****
Both teams have been losing.CF blew a big lead vs ECU the other nite.But Tyler and Sosa are good and super frosh Clanton... I have this number at -6 so I'm jumping on CF.
Seton hall -2 over Prov ***
Hall has the gds,Pope inside is on fire.Prov at home can score but still can't play defense.With Halls 3 gds,4 if you count gunner hazell will be tough to stop.
Siena -14.5 over Manhattan **
Saints are the class of the MAAC. MC beat Loy last nite.Pickett had a big game..But with Moore at the pt,Rossiter inside,Franklin,etc MC has no post defense or offense.Saints are at home...worried about the big number because fran can put this game in "cruise control" resting his starters at the end.
Niagara pk over Iona ***
Tough game to capp. but I like Purple here..I'll be back later to explain more...
way to many games today...but I have no discipline..like Niagara 3 pt shooters..in fact in both games vs iona this year they shot from the 3 4-21 and 3-16 losing both games...that's 7-37...Iona pressure defense and quickness contesting shots caused that...but not tonite...Purple will adjust..
