The fact of the matter is this: Las Vegas decided to put the MAC games on the "added games" list because they (sportsbooks) were getting their a$$es kicked. Added games have tighter limits, so they aren't as open to major losses on these games. The MAC teams haven't embarrassed themselves by any means. Just ask teams like North Carolina, Missouri, Purdue who've all lost to MAC teams, and Wisky who was handed a win by questionable officiating. Don't lose any sleep Mr. Confidence worrying what the rest of us do with our money.

gardenweasel - Kent St should be able to run up and down Northern...but the question is....which Northern team is gonna show up?!?!?!?Will it be the team that beat Wake Forest and shoulda beat Wisky or the team that lost to Western Illinoi. Line is moving in Northerns favor. Hard to say...would take Kent St if I had to pick
P3uttt - I was leaning Central. Smart money on Central...opening at +22 now at +20 even +19.5. Central is a good team and shoulda destroyed Indiana. Lots of points to give an offensive team IMO. They have a good mobile QB as well in Derrick Vickers.

If Wisconsin couldn't run on NIU, there's no way Kent will. NIU only lost to WIU because Western threw for over 350. NIU is a good fade against Marshall, Miami O and UCF but against a team I consider to be more run-oriented (Kent), Northern should have little trouble, IMO.
Hellah 10 I would like to clear up a misunderstanding with the Mac schools. I understand you are a big Mac fan and are doing an excellent job of informing this forum with many writeups on various games. If you are making money on Mac games that is excellent and I wish you continued success in capping these games.
My point is simple it is possible to cap games when Mac teams are facing each other, but when a Mac team is facing an out of conference foe they will LOSE. If this situation arises myself and many of my associates really capitalize on these games.
IF a MAC team Beat Kansas who ranks in the mid 100's in offense and defense every year and is the College version of the Bengals and a pathetic Missouri team doesen't hold much significance. For example Toledo beat UNLV last weekend who is being Quarterbacked by Jason Thomas perhaps the worst Ncaa Qb in the Nation. Unlv has been getting blown out in 3 consecutive games.
From a simple point of attack Toledo cannot and will not be able to compete with Pitt's Smash Mouth Defense which has beaten in the last year Virginia Tech and NC State in last year's bowl game. This game has mismatch written all over it and fits what I had previously posted above. This is a play that I personally know fits the cliche "Conference mismatch."
Again I have the utmost respect for your efforts and hard work, and would like to restate that in the world of sports wagering to be successfull you must never bet with your heart. My aim in writing this post is to try and offer some of my wisdom because I have seen it all and understand the mental state of cappers, and what triggers their brains to make a decision on a game.
