Last week Summerall called a touchdown about 2 seconds after the ref clearly spotted the ball at the 1 yard line. Just incredible. With the unemployment rate so high its amazing they both have jobs.
I dont know how these guys are talking w/Favre's drumstick in their mouths.

i think aikman and johnston are pretty good....most announcers either are idiots or talk to us like we are idiots and aikman and johnston do not do this.....i think they are the best team for fox right now......

I would have to agree with hellah, the Sunday night crew is the best. Forget Theisman he is a jughead, but some how it works on Sunday night. I like the CBS crew of Simms and Gumble. They do a quality job of calling a game.

Tirico is great......the best announcers in all of sports are the CBS golf team though.....these guys have the dryest subtlest humor and know exactly what is going on......i wish the other sports would do the same instead of running some bambling fool out there......
i really don't like the gumble simms team either but they are better than average for the rest of the league.....they spent the whole game today trying to figure out whose fault it was for the cowboys being bad and told us that it was everyone's fault about 100 times....i had to turn the mute on after a while, and when i turned the volume back on again they were saying the exact same thing.....
someone needs to tell Gary McCord, Oosterhaus, and company that we need them to start doing NFL and NBA during the offseason.....

Could you imagine McCord calling an NFL game? Now that would be something to listen to. I have to agree regarding Trico, he is a quality announcer. Jim Nanze (not sure how you spell his last name) is also an all around announcer.

Summerall is god awful. Greg Gumble is the stiff of all stiffs. Bill Curry is terrible.
