Summerall is unbelievably bad that he is comical. My buddy and his friends play a drinking game where they have to chug everytime Summerall says 'errr beg your pardon". Pay attention sometime to how many time he gets a player or a play wrong and says it. You will be amazed.

I just love those two old out of touch dudes.
I need some fun with my games. They keep me right on edge of my sofa. Some games are so dam bad. Or ref's throw flages once every three plays. I got to have something to laugh at. Time has did a number on them. But at one time they were dam good. Howard he could screw up a walk in the park. But he to kept me laughing. He was from outer space.
Some one mentioned golf. Now thats one sport thats fun to watch on TV if you stay awake.I just love it when the broadcasters whom ever get that be quite tone in there voice. As if they can here me through my TV set. Dum.

dude the golf announcers tone down their voices because they are on the golf course and everyone is silent when people are playing.....that is not dumb and of course they have to barely whisper or it will distract the players......

Dr. I know that. But I still get a charge out that. When summerall does golf he has you napping by 3rd hole. Hey I golf I think you call it that. A little ruffle dont bother the good ones. Heck dam jets go flying over head. You here tons of noise from other holes on the course. They wait if they need to. But if you watch close. Some times they will be covering two holes from one location. No one close to them and they still wisper. Just breaks me up. Summerall at one time. Just about every network that did golf wanted him. Now age and many other things have caught up to him like it does everyone. You either get older or die young. So don't be to hard on the old guys.
