There are several ways to soften and remove the membrane material from the ribs, how else do expose the meat to the spice?

Remember when we were laughing about how gratifying it was to know that regardless of how many tranny rolls we posted, the single best and funniest part of it all was not the posted reactions, those were great, but it was that one not posted reaction that would crack me up. Still does. The thought of Jaek opening each and every one of them, still makes me laugh just thinking about it.....well I feel like this is a similar, equally hilarious situation.
