At 230 I took the ribs off, put brown sugar and honey in some foil, put a rack in the foil and poured some apple juice over it and wrapped it up. Did that for all 3 slabs.
I threw it back on the grill for an hour and a half and was then gonna cook them direct with sauce for another hour. Nope, when I was taking them out of the foil they were falling apart they are so tender.
Now I have an hour to wait for my baked potatos before I can eat them. I tried a little and they are fucking fantastic :00hour
