The indoor cornshole was a lot of fun - pillow biting jokes aside.

Drank quite a bit - lost count, so that was good. The bar food was sooooo shitty - never again will I eat there - but I will drink there again. MLB TV satilittle shit was preety sweet - didn't watch a lot of it though - came home early 'cause I got church tomorrow. Hopong to cook out tomorrow. Got a flank steak marinating in a caserole dish in pineapple juice - gonna stuff it with blue cheese and spinach and grill/smoke it on the egg for a few hours. maybe take pic.s

This elegant, brushed stainless steel citrus juicer squeezes fresh juice quickly, cleanly, and easily! An auto-reversing reamer squeezes more juice from the smallest lime or the largest grapefruit, and a unique fast-spin feature extracts more juice from pulp. It includes dishwasher-safe parts for easy clean-ups.

Exactly what we use. Still takes quite a bit of time to get a half gallon. We went through maybe 40 limes??? That's a guess, though. It was two large bags.

6 cups tequila (you?ll need to buy two fifths for this)
2? cups triple sec (just buy one fifth)
2? cups fresh lime juice
2? cups fresh lemon juice
2 cups simple syrup*

Mix ingredients together in gallon container. Don?t forget to refrigerate! When ready to serve, pour mixture into a 16-ounce glass filled with chipped or shaved ice

This is a great way to make bulk margaritas.

If you are not making for a huge group, you do have the advantage of shaking the shit out of them over a large amount of ice until your shaker starting icing up. The frothy goodness that you get from this method is a great bonus.

I agree that there is not much better than fresh squeezed lime margaritas. I don't use lemon juice. Sometimes I squeeze some fresh orange juice in, though.

If your lime juice is a little bitter, you can use powdered sugar to balance it out.

Fresh squeezed limes for Mojitos are a very close second....

Margs #4, 5 and 6. Had to switch to leinenkugels sunset wheat. I was getting a little too messed up!

So #7.

Half way through a 7 hour smoke.

Ribs are foiled. Chuckies are hanging in at a stalled temp of 140. 20 more degree and I'll foil them until they hit 210.

Got the new Northern catching machine in the water yesterday. If anyone is ever in the middle of WI looking to catch Northern and Muskie let me know.

Not sure about this tonight. One at a time and see what happens.
