Okay, thanks. Not a big deal, but I want to participate if I can.

I'm impressed. I have been eating plain yogurt, oats and fruit (whatever I have) with a little honey. Been eating that for breakfast for the last 6 months or so. Always drink coffee with it and always end up in the bathroom 10 minutes later.
