Have a horrible spasm in my neck, have decided not to play golf, in the rain. Instead, going to ingest about 12 beers (48 grams of carbs) today, and try to accomplish nothing. Will have to hold down my food intake, but plan to walk around some when watching the U.S. soccer game. Need to find my annoying horn, though... I'd forgotten how painful it is to listen to that droning for hours...
#1. Decided on Michelob Ultra - just 2.6 g of carbs. Should work well. Attending my high school reunion tonight via Skype - hopefully will see plenty, and not actually get in trouble myself...
