I had to do that 3 times ago because it was WAY too hot. I got a jar of ridiculously hot jalapenos. Just an unusual hot batch, i guess. lol

we grew some in the garden one year that NOBODY could eat. NOBODY! Wife just canned them and used them for cooking.

Should have seen the big shots at our parties that summer that lost bets because they couldn't eat them.

It was bitter? :shrug: Couldn't eat it. The only thing I can think of is I probably added to much extra spices.
