Maybe there IS something wrong with me. I am talking about the posts in the potato chip thread. I thought they were here for some reason.

Was getting ready to call my webhost and bitch :mj07:

Number 2 McManis Family Vineyards Cab. Great value wine if ever needing a good one for a dinner party or get together. $8.99 per bottle

Or, for drinking every winter day :SIB

Have been sipping the schnaaps most of late afternoon/evening, watching the snow pile up. Nice 2 hour drive home tonight from work...

Went to get gas for the snowblower, decided to wait til morning to tackle driveway. Boy's hoops game canceled tonight, supposed to have a good tourney tomorrow, probably will also be canceled. SUCKS, really wanting to watch the guys get after it this season.

ANYway, just checking in. Hey, it beats homework... :toast:

We are most times in Stone Mountain at Angelas, sometimes at my house in Inman Park. Either way, 20 mins from Ang, 40 from me? Not sure about Woody. You coming to Lawrenceville soon? :0corn

We're out of potatoes...

tough to make vodka without potatoes...:mj07:

How you feeling, Chadman? Get that 2nd and 3rd opinion yet?

#4. Ran out of the other stuff, switched to my every day beer..sierra nevada pale ale.

Sounds like you guys in the great white north are getting a little more than we are. probably 2 inches on the ground now, still snowing but at a much lighter snowfall now than earlier.

Thanks for asking, Reds. I'm feeling fine, no worries about that - if I hadn't gotten the checkup, I'd be feeling terrific. There are no effects from my condition from the cancer standpoint. Don't even know it's there. Was going to update the cancer thread and will this weekend. Was able to go to a support group on Monday night, and met a guy who has gone through this surgery - much worse than me - and is a wonderful resource of info. Plus, at the same time, met with a terrific urologist from the area where I'm schooling now, a top 50 nationally rated facility for prostate cancer, and wife and I are meeting with him in early January. He made me feel a bit better about things, and will do multiple options. Just loved the guy, can't explain it, but he's my doctor unless he proves otherwise. So, we'll see. Happy to go into battle with that man at the helm, so far.

Now, back to the drinking and snow... we're probably looking at a mini-snownami by mid-day tomorrow, should have 6-8 inches to blow out by morning. Summers are great, price to pay tomorrow for those summers, I guess.

I confess, I get a strange sense of accomplishment and pride after powering up that snowblower and creating a nice clear path for life. I remember being young and shoveling back in Missouri when it snowed, and hating every second of it. No doubt dealing with the snow sucks, but the whole snowblower thing is just another version of manpower, and makes me feel manly... (and stupid for living here in the winter... :mj07: )

Cheers, guys!
