Holy shit do we have a storm here. We're looking at anywhere from 10-14 inches of snow by end of today, already have about 5, and the wind is starting to howl. Temps dropping to below zero tonight, wind chills are gonna be ferocious the next couple of days. Can't imagine what some of the drifts are going to be like.
Boy has to go to work at 11, so I have to snowblow him out this morning...
We have Vikings/Giants tix for tomorrow, guessing parking is gonna be a bitch and wind chills are gonna SUCK walking from the car to and from the game. I so wish I hadn't bought tickets in my "Moss has returned" hysteria of a few weeks ago... :facepalm:
To top it off, the wife is now not going shopping all day and night, and will be around all day. I love her and all, but... :SIB

What a shit day. Snowblowed twice already, just to get in and out for shit that had nothing to do with me. Trying to get things done for finals week, and wife is messing around here, boy has friends over downstairs and they're screaming in Call of Duty battle.

Really? I didn't see that, Sports. I knew they were planning on leaving early yesterday, but didn't see the stopover. I know flights were being canceled like crazy here today, only about 10-15 getting in/out per every 50 or so. Things are supposed to calm down some later tonight.
Honestly, I kind of hope they don't show up, as long as I know it before I snowblow (AGAIN) in the morning and we head to the game early. MANDATORY to get a close parking spot tomorrow, with the wind chills SO freaking brutal. Probably park close, head to Huberts for "snacks" and "refreshments" early before the game. I'll be driving and don't like to drink much when it's just the boy and I, though.

Long day. 3 hours to White River Junction, 45 min boring as all hell Polar express train ride with a wino Santa and 3 hours back.
Stopped at TGIFridays for a burger and 4 beers on the way home. Best part of the day.........and #2 here.. :toast:
