Firing up the grill with these awesome filets I bought this week. Found a meat market out in the middle of BFE, bought the whole tenderloin for $9.99 a pound, got ten 12-14 oz filets about two inches thick for a little over seventy dollars:scared
They will pack and ship anywhere if anyone wants the address, shoot me an email and I will give you the info. You have to buy the whole loin but they are 7-9 pounds and it is hard to find tenderloin at that price!

Plump scallops wrapped in prosciutto are on the grill as we speak. Drinking my first bottle of Red Hook IPA of the day. 2 year old and 4 month old kids are both in bed, and my wife is out.
