I actually have a new recipe to try out that found online for this fish where you preheat the oven and dish/skillet to 450 degrees ... top the fish with hummus and bake it til the hummus forms a crust ... bought me some fresh made hummus at lunch ... sounds interesting and will let you know ... tomorrow for most all of you :mj07:
