been using a salmon rub I got from this joint: http://www.galenacanning.com/
Absolutely love it and I don't know if I will ever try anything else on salmon I'm making.

I do salmon several different ways ...
I blacken it
make my own rub of half brown sugar and half Old Bay
and tonight I have my liquid marinade of red wine, Dale's sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce and brown sugar ... mix it all up and put in a sealed sandwich baggie to marinate ... VERY tasty :0074
and I cook it 60% down, flip it over, pull off the skin and put it on the side ... taste just like a fish potato chip ... love the salmon skin!
