I was 259 a year ago tomorrow, went down to 214. Sitting at 232 right now but Thanksgiving and this ridiculous 2 week holiday did me in. Water, salad, and chicken gets me below 225 in 4 weeks easily and I'm happy again.Odd, I'm on the same boat. Need to drop some pounds, but mostly see if I could refrain from drinking beer almost everyday. It will be tough.
