Just got to hotel room from inventory observation in Atlanta. Worst fucking inventory prep I have seen and I have seen over 120 in my career. Make it a double vodka on the rocks:toast:

I received a 3 year exemption from Physical Inventory this week from our corporate cost accounting director. :00hourOnly facility in my division with an exemption :00hour
Not trying to rub it in, but I know you'll appreciate how fucking pumped/relieved I am.
Physical inventories are about as big a pain in the ass as you can experience for a annual/bi-annual activity. All kinds of rules and hoops to jump through. Long hours and lots of stress for a couple days.
We have what's called first round and second round inventories two per year. If your 2nd round you have to observe the first round inventory and vise versa . Next round is my buildings inventory, and the guy that I observed will observe my inventory. Checks and balances so no one can manipulate inventories as bonuses are paid for good inventory results. That is why I am missing Vegas this year :SIB
