It's beer day. That's what I call it but probably vodka day.
And home made pizza. I rolled my eyes when my wife brought home stuff to make home made pizza last week but I swear I'll never buy another chain pizza. It's effin amazing :0074
I'll take a pic if she makes me one today. Seriously good stuff.
Prob make a few bets on baseball unless we find something else to do but we have some serious bad weather heading our way so off to the store in a bit to be ready for thunder storms, hail, and power outage.

Make sure your yeast is warm before you start and cook that puppy in a cookie sheet on the grill!!!.....:0074
I have a ceramic pizza plate just for that but I never used the grill for pizza and the storm is moving in as I type so unlikely for today.

It cooks quick so keep an eye on it or it'll burn.....taste is awesome though....:0008
I crank it up but put a couple of brick so it not direct heat....temp gets to around 700....
Went to the store for my entire weekend supplies, and the pizza stuff, got the wife in the mood to make my pizza, and I forgot the cheese. :lol:
