#2, been drinking the red wine I've tried to save for cooking...
sausage and danger dogs on the grill tonight! I was lazy, didn't wanna stand over hot grill and flip the stuff for several minutes, so just shoved the coals to one side, threw on some soaked apple chips, and put the lid on for 30 minutes indirect cooking...bit over done, but good! with nice smoke flavor...

Although on the bright side, midnight to 9am you'll be lounging with your feet up on the desk. :toast:
