Home from Atlanta and a day long physical at Emory. Doctor said I got an A-......blood pressure, heart, Liver, Kidney's are all in excellent shape:00hour

Hey Mo....Countdown is on: Jamaica, 12/6. Can't wait. Weather here blows, work sucks. A week of doing jack shit with a drink in my hand at all times sounds fantastic. You going anywhere early next year? I think you tend to go around February.

Love Jamaica been 4 times so far! We're going to Playa Del Carmen on Feb 14th. Can't wait for the beach and beer!
