I've been fucking with my wine making station in the basement.

The two glass carboys on the left are Cabernet Sauvignon in the secondary fermentation. I got the juice shipped in from California. The bucket in the middle is 6 gallons of Merlot (in primary fermentation) which is from a kit I got as a gift. The boxes to the right of the bucket are wine making kits I haven't messed with yet.

Gorgeous day in Wichita, highs upper 60s. Spent the day building a queen size bedroom head & foot board for the downstairs guest rooms. Sanded, ready to pant tomorrow. Two years ago it would have taken a month...
