I am going back to the drinking on Saturday only, made it to 187 and now am back up to 192. It really works, only thing for me is that I only sleep for like 6 hours a night during the week :mj07:

#5 .....I am not stopping at #5 it is bad luck. two nights ago I fell asleep on the couch, my son in law rang the door bell multiple times in a row. I jumped up and tripped on over our shitzu and my head went through the fire place......I got a big cut on my bald noggin .......fuck!
