Home Chix broth with ginger/onion/cilantro (add 5 spice if possible) keep heated on side
Saut? Chix
Boil Padthi Noodles, run over cold water then add evoo, set to side
Extra Cilantro/ Lime/Bean Sprouts
In a bowl add Chix, Noodles, Sprouts, drizzle Hoisin Sauce then pour broth over top add cilantro and squeeze lime on top....Each bowl made to order, not one big pot of soup....
My daughter's bf is Vietnamese and his mom has been teaching us a lot of new recipes......This stuff is soooooo good.......:0008
How much ginger are you using?
Pickled ginger?
Do you sautee the onion or just put it in and soften it in the broth?
