Jack, the shrimp look tasty. Great year for the Maryland river crabs, fat and heavy. Smoking some half chickens by the pool. #3:toast::toast:

Do any of you guys get totally fucking annihilated anymore?

Here's why I ask. I just noticed I've drank less than a 5th of Scotch in the last two weeks because the weekend prior I lost count when we had friends over and drank 1/3 of a handle which is just too much. Next day I honestly felt like shit for the entire day and even noticed a little bit of it into Monday.

Now, I'm 45 and just don't do shit like that anymore, but for whatever reason, I did and I paid for it. I've really slowed down these last couple weeks because of it as well. Like, a friend who works at the liquor store just text and asked if I was OK.

It was just weird that I can't remember the last time I got totally clobbered. Yea, I've had one too many here and there and fell asleep in my chair, but this was like fall down, throw up the next day hammered.

You guys?

looking forward to your take, still haven't decided on a place to hang my hat in retirement :0008

Who made the rule you have to hang your hat? You can buzz around the whole world. A month or two here, 6 months or so there, a year there, a few months back here.

Starting a box of wine  and the PGA.

Exactly what i decided to do !! My homie is a dream home that i can't duplicate any where else. So I chose not to move. But for the huge majority of people they will be on a fixed income and are looking to minimize expenses. If you are on a $1,400 to $2,000/ month budget {SS} . you will live in poverty in the US. Overseas how ever you can live comfortably. Was just looking at a guys budget in Thailand. Bout $1000/month but no car. 1 BR apt. Not for me. For a little more ya get a scooter. Never had to drive a scooter in my life. Got a Triumph 650 at 16 and never drove a smaller bike
No casinos in Thailand so no Craps $$. so no go for me. A month over seas ?? No chance. Stay somewhere for a month. That will open your eyes. 3 4 months ..a pipe dream for most.
