Bob, I cooked them (Pork Butt) on the smoker for less than an hour and finished off in the oven and tossed the last step in a pan on the gas grill.....They came out great, still had a nice smoke flavor.....I think it helps where they are cut into smaller piece.....Enjoy.....:0008

Good to know. Thanks. I was going to cut it up smaller about 3/4 inch and I don't want to overpower it with smoke.

I think if I had left them on the smoker the full time I wouldn't have enjoyed them as much......:shrug:
