I work with a guy that I think will die before I do. He thinks I'll die before him. Am I able to take out an insurance policy on him, he'll give me his info & vice versa, list each other as bene's No big policies...both of us smokers, he's 57, I'm 53 this month....

As far as the policy, sorry you can only do Life Insurance from someone in your state.
