It's weird because at Xmas people were drinking wine and whiskey. I asked why and they said that stuff doesn't bother him. He just can't handle anyone drinking beer!:shrug:

Is this the same guy I saw drinking vodka at 7am.

It's easier to just leave early!

I asked butcher if pre-packaged a better cut than the roast,,

NOPE, exact same cut of ribeye

so why so cheap on bulk.:shrug: :shrug:

He told me I would be surprised how many people buy 3 or 4 packs of 2 ribeyes at 13.99.lb.

but won't buy whole roast for $80.00.

so I got whole roast and 17 ribeyes cut at 1 .25" thick.:com: :com: :scared

Shame you don't live by me because i have this connection with meat and seafood i got when i use to have my shop. Im just not a big red meat eater. Id rather have a good hamburger. I can get those jumbo scallops for ten bucks for 2 lbs. Same with the shrimp you are talking about. Love the scallops tho. Throw them right on the grill and you don't have to put anything on them. Takes two skewers to hold those big suckers. Nice big filets, NY strips,prime rib. Big hunks of meat. I ate so many of those colossal shrimp that im more than happy to just eat the 26-30 or the 21-25. That super sharp provolone i get for 3 bucks a pound. Umm ummm. I think the guys first name is Shady.
