shed to keep everything in for yard til winter..........:scared

:00hour....garage for piddlin' and fixin'

Not to mention a full basement with workshop and wood stove.....Plus a cement wall I'd pitch tennis balls off from in the winter to practice my baseball skills for spring, my favorite pitching staff was the SD Pads, always pulled for the under dogs.....GO VIKES!!!!!......:0008

Actually in May.....Coastal weather is actually a nice secrete, winters tend to be more forgiving although we do get our fair share of the white stuff......If you enjoy shoveling, the property above in Old Town is for you.....:lol:

Funny you should post this pic.....One of our biz partners husband was the CO of the local Coast Guard and lived in that house for 4 years ......A few years back we had New Years Eve Dinner there and rang the New Year in the top of the Light Station.....Great memory....The walkway to the top isn't enclosed now, not sure if it ever was.....Beautiful area, 4 miles from where I grew up....:0008

Its called humidity....You can walk outside here anytime from May thru September and regret it!..I visited Mystic Seaport in Connecticut to see a girl friend i had met on a cruise and will never forget they did not have a/c in the house at all, nor did the church we visited. I was amazed.:0074

Another funny thing about that trip was the girls name was Pam,and her mom said that listening to me pronounce her name was the first time she had ever heard it have more than one syllable in it!:facepalm:
