Alistair is not on 'normal' steroids....... he's gotta be on horse steroids or something.. dude has like doubled in size

Raw, it shows you what a difference it makes for these guys in their fights. He's been a beast since his "size" change. I hate to say it and I know some people will blast me for it but I'll be honest I don't care if they do.

And this myth portrayed to the public that they are bad for ya is just that, a myth. You do them in moderation i feel they are actually good for u.

Sincerely,

Yes, Overeem in particular has become a much more dangerous fighter since he started to magically inflate. :mj07:

Good to see a guy like Vitor Belfort get OFF the 'roids and become an even better fighter.... Belfort blamed his positive test on a tarnished supplement, but around that time he was HUGE and unnatural-looking

There's only one way KenFlo can win that fight and it's by cardio. I can't see Kenny wanting to go to the ground with BJ and BJ doesn't get beat by many people standing. I'll be very interested to see the line on this. Since it's a 5 rounder taking Kenny might be a very good bet if the odds are high enough.

i know anything around +150/+200 and i`ll be on florian......florian is a good sized 155 pounder and has a very well-rounded, diversified game...

and better cardio.....

i think penn is in with his toughest test at 155 in a long time....

upset a real possibility,imo..

Matt Hamill vs. Brandon Vera On Tap For UFC 101

I actually think Hamill can win this fight. Anyone know if he will take him down with ease and pound the shit out of Vera or will he have some other retarded game plan?

Sponge, that fight is one if we knew that Hamill would fight to win then we could be all over him. Vera would have no answer for his takedowns. Saying that, after watching the Franklin fight I can see Hamill standing and banging for 3 rounds and who knows what happens if that's the case.

I agree with u Lay. I think he could win this in a blowout if he just stayed with an easy game plan but he will want to box and might take a kick right to the head. Franklin dismantled him with kicks. Did he learn from that or will ego take over again? I don't know who's camp he is in. If he was in Jacksons i would think of betting him but then again i saw Jardine before the Rampage fight say that a game plan is very overrated. The most ridiculous thing i ever heard come out of a fighters mouth. so who knows with these fighters.

White uses slurs in video blog

Dana White, the volatile president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, is under fire after an obscenity-filled video blog was released Wednesday in which he took aim at women and homosexuals.

White also unleashed a verbal tirade against a female reporter from Sherdog.com in the video blog, which was posted for a time on the UFC's Web site. It has since been pulled from the site.

The rant was centered around a Sherdog.com article which White believed incorrectly told of his group's credentialing policies for the agents and managers of fighters. He called the Sherdog.com writer, Loretta Hunt, a "dumb bitch" among expletives, and termed the report "an absolutely [expletive] retarded story."

In Hunt's story, she wrote that Zuffa, the company that owns and operates promotions for the UFC and WEC, notified some fighter representatives that they will no longer receive credentials to sit with their clients backstage on fight night.

White used an anti-gay slur when referring to an anonymous source in Hunt's story on Sherdog.com, which is a partner of ESPN.com in the coverage of Mixed Martial Arts.

"I stand by the story," Hunt said in an e-mailed statement to ESPN.com. "It's accurate. I contacted the UFC in ample time for them to respond, clearly stating what the article would be about. They did not reply. Then, I went out of my way to find people that could possibly present Zuffa's side, which is included in the article."

Groups such as the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) have called for White to apologize for the tirade. He has not done so, according to a spokesman for the UFC, though a post from GLAAD spokesman Ted Rybka indicated that White will apologize on the UFC's YouTube site.

Hopefully this will be what triggers White to watch how he speaks. I've always thought it was trashy of him to speak the way he does on camera. He's a big name in a rising sport and using bad language adds nothing to it. I say this because when my 5 year old son is with me(he enjoys the fights) I always mute it when Dana comes on. (I can hear people now, it's ok for your son to see violence but not hear curse words.):mj07:
