YYZ as usual you are being a fucking asshole. If you don't have anything to contribute to the thread then just stay the hell out of it. Hopefully you haven't produced any more miserable offspring like yourself for the world to endure...but if you have kids you'd understand how the guy feels. These costs are above insurance it will cost thousands and will take years...this isn't something that gets fixed overnight.

Like it or not that teacher and the school are responsible for the safety of their children. Accident or not there is someone who gets paid to make sure kids are safe and they failed in that job here.

Again unless you have something productive to add here all you are doing is proving what an asshole you are. Time to add you to the ignore list.

haha...

4 things

1) he is just stirring the pot
2) he has gotten his ass sued for a lot
3) he hates kids
4) he is a dumbass

have a little respect though yyz, wth would you do if this happened to your kid?

stirring the pot with someone who is obviously upset because his son had to experience something 1. painful, 2. disfiguring 3. something going to subject him to a future of neverending work.

Go stir the pot with kosar or sponge but why pick on someone obviously upset with what happened to their child.

Answer: complete asshole

Yeah, I suppose.

I'm the asshole who has Dental and Excess Major Medical Coverage that covers such tragic events, also.

Look. I feel bad for the boy. He isn't having a fun time of this by any stretch.

You wanna think I'm an asshole for thinking he's an asshole for suing? Great.

I'm almost over it already.

backcracker.. as bad as it looks to you, it does not sound that difficult a case to treat.. a single tooth implant to replace the missing one, and if your dentist knows his stuff the chipped teeth can be bonded, will look like new and last for years.. know you are upset, over the years i had to give parents a perscription to calm them down !! my only advice to you would be, go to a specialist{prosthodontist} . your general dentist might do great work, but in a case like this it may be a bit over his head..bottomline line is that in a few weeks you will not be able to tell that your son was injured ! i had cases like that 30 plus years ago and had good results.. dentistry has advanced so much since then you have nothing to be concerned about.. just get the right guy to do the work.. any questions, email me, ask jack

not gonna turn this into a dental forum but he won't be fine in a few weeks. They aren't going to place an immediate load implant in an 11 year old. Maybe you're not as versed in implant placement since you're old school but they will not place one until growth is done because of the changes that will take place. He'll be okay with a removable for now and when he's 18 it will be good with an implant.

Maybe your lawyer can help find you a good mouth guard?

I'd hate for anyone here to recommend one, have your kid not pay attention and catch another one in what's left of the chops, and then you sue that member, and Madjack Sports for "bad advice".

You sure make some strange stands sometimes.

If memory serves me correctly, you're one of the guys here who would have rang up a faulty slot machine until it ran dry? So, trying to milk a school for something that was an accident between two kids sounds about your speed, I guess.

I'll continue to disagree on the course of action that some of you would take in this matter. If you guys want to keep slinging shit at me for that, fine.
