I read somewhere that the past three times Tiger has started a season with three wins before the Masters, he has failed to win the Masters. Don't remember where I saw that, but found it interesting. Again - no link or definite reference, maybe someone else can confirm or deny. Will have to check that out - might be food for thought in a wager. I've already dropped a little on the Field... agree it's tough to go against him right now, but remember it always was before when he was hot coming in. I still think he is not in the same mental place as before when he was so dominant, but tough to argue with him in this spot. Just can't lay the wood with so many good, hungry golfers pointing to the event at this point.

I agree that he is not in the menatl state that he was wehn dominant in his 20's.
However, I think he is much mentally stronger than he was in the last 3 years and I'm not sure the main protagonists in the field are in as much form.

I think Tiger has that slight edge back that he had been missing for a few years....The fear factor. Golfers can see, once again,, if Tiger has the lead, he's keepping. It.
