Maybe Kimbo can go fight some real competition in Strikeforce. He clearly didn't train for Mitrione thinking if he could beat Alexander then Mitrione is a cake walk. That has to explain his poor cardio. Lack of training. :142smilie

I don't think Dana has the say so in cutting Kimbo or he would have already done it.
He needs to run this one by the brothers because Kimbo is a marketing bonanza.
He is still good for another draw or two and I am baffled by Dana saying he likes the guy but UFC has no room for guys who are not contenders.

He added Phil Baroni and we all know that was because he has a nice following.
He cut Crop Cop but the brothers said he can still make a nice draw in the European cards.

So I would not say Kimbo is done just yet in the UFC.

Maybe he can drop to 205 and Baroni can come up to 205 and we can see who has the worst cardio in MMA history.

I'm pretty pumped for this fight. Overeem will pass the test with ease. Most of the things he can be on will leave his body within two weeks before the test. He can take igf, mgf or growth after that to help keep his gains and size without any worries.

If he smashes Rogers it will set up a MEGA fight with he and Fedor. Pre size and strength I would have said Fedor but those extra pounds have to help him quite a bit.

Odds are out for the May 21st fight MOOSIN MMA:

Tim Sylvia(-200)
Mariusz Pudzianowski(+160)

Yves Edwards(-165)
Mike Campbell(+135)

I think Pudz showing the other day flipped the odds on this one into Sylvia's favor.
Pudz is like Kimbo. He is gonna come at you for 4 minutes hard and then he gasses. The only difference is Pudz is so big and strong he can still take you down and and just ride it out until the end.
Question is can he do it to a big guy like Sylvia who has been around the block as well.

sylvia has tested positive before though. :shrug:

i see a lot of value in sylvia. he has reach and good takedown defence. i don't think he's declined as far as many think.

I have not seen "The Maine-iac" look good since 2006.
Mercer ko'd him with one average punch.
Fedor had less than zero issues with him.
Lost to Nog in '08.
Look bad in win over Vera and before that his 3 decision fights vs Couture, Monson, and Arlovski were snoozers as he was way to careful.

I think his chin is gone.
