Mayweather has a phenomenal record on these big bets. He is a very sound investor, and he will never go broke. He is risking six percent of his net wealth on this game. Not an overly crazy percentage. It sounds like decent money management to me. Amazing how people will shoot off their mouths about things solely based on their assumptions and prejudices.

We're not talking about 6% of the money he has set aside for gambling, we're talking about 6% of ALL OF HIS MONEY!!! Doesn't matter what side he's on, or how much money he has for now... if he keeps betting like that he'll go broke. Even if he wins, no way in hell is this a "smart investment". Hey- it's his life and who are we too judge- living a sick life, living super large, partying, woman, cars, jets, houses, gambling, you name it- he does it L-A-R-G-E!!! I simply will have no sympathy when he cant scratch two quarters together when he files Chapter 13 or & BK in 10-20 years. If he "WAS" smart- he would take a fraction of what he has and give it so someone who cant give it back to him- so he can provide for his kids and 3 square meals a day when he is 65! Just my honest and humble opinion- he is the best pound for pound fighter in my generation- so not hating!
