For once u are probably right about something. There are people on the net that seem to think the Irishman has a legitemate shot. I would have liked to see MMA rules.. >>> Then Ole Floyd eats Irish Weenie !!!!

Anyone who bets on this "fight" needs their head checked. This is the perfect setup for Vegas. All the MMA fanboys are rushing to back their boy in hopes their "sport" gains some credibility. Then you have the smart money who knows this is a non boxer getting in the ring with an unbeaten world champion and they can't resist the "free money".

This shouldn't be a fight BUT, what ending makes the most money? You aren't betting on a fight here, you are betting on which script plays out. Might as well be betting on Wrestlemania.

How much money does Mayweather want to make? How much does Dana White have? What's the value of a rematch next year?

My guess is McGreggor gets DQ's for an "accidental" elbow on a missed punch follow through that cuts Mayweather. The MMA fans get to yap about how Mayweather wouldn't make it in the cage and lobby for the next "fight" to be MMA style, which won't happen. Mayweather V McGreggor II sets more records for earnings and hopefully it ends there.

It gained credibility about 15 years ago, but thanks for your input.

The sport of boxing has been dead for years, hence why this fight happened.

Boxing won't even exist 50 years from now.

There will be no rematch in the boxing ring, that has already been decided, Conor signed contract saying he has to fight MMA next (he still has two fights on his old Zuffa contract).

No boxer ranked in Top 500 would ever fight a Top 50 MMA dude under MMA rules, let alone Mayweather. All the boxers know they'd lose in under 30 seconds if they did that.

So in other words there will be no rematch, and plus with this fight having a 90 percent chance of being massively boring nobody would want to see them box again anyway.
