6 hr? i just had one and it took like 20 minutes. What a nice place and nice people. I wish they filmed it cause im not sure they did anything it was so pain free. Ass never felt so clean that im thinking of drinking that shit every three months. By the way i was watching Dr Oz the other day and he got his first one at 50. They caught some cancer on a polyp (sp). Doc was so depressed because he said he has been doing the right things for years. He said Dr are arrogant about getting colonoscopy's cause they all think they are invincible. Really good episode. Hate to see him get the cancer but i think a lot of good will come out of it. He is very lucky they got it early.

Good episode :0002 I thought Baus was gonna come out of retirement to fight him because of what he said about Baus. It really is a catch 22 situation. the guy keeps winning but he is boring. What do u do? Risk losing to satisfy the fans or keep on winning? Six five would like his style. He makes Madsen look exciting.

Gone for Watson and Nickels.

Watson has improved since his days in Cage Rage. Now riding an 8 fight win streak including a win last time out against Matt Horwich will have to stop the recent run of British fighters being taken down by American wrestlers. Taylor is a strong wrestler and I don't read to much into his win over Bustamante earlier this year. If Watson keeps it standing he will win. Current odds are +200.

Nickels is a talented submission grappler and will have to avoid the heavy handed Lewis. If he can get top position, a big if, Nickels will be favored. Current odds are -105
