the great thing about Pro Sports is that if you are better at the job than the other person you will get the job.

Billionaires don't mind spending Millions to make MORE MONEY..

The color of ones skin don't mean a damn.

So when white guys can jump higher and score more while being strong enough to endure the rigors of that particular sport in its season they will get more jobs in Pro Sports.

Not before then....Winning is all that matters ...W's and L's are the numbers to measure by.
