IE is there a monthly winner and a weekly winner? I saw the post for a monthly winner in one post, and then it doesn't mention it when you posted the prizes the 2nd time around.

there is a weekly winner of $200 x 25% =$50

and winners for each segment:

* Segment 1: Weeks 1-4
* Segment 2: Weeks 5-8
* Segment 3: Weeks 9-12
* Segment 4: Weeks 13-16
