OVER 750 VIEWS. The Robots are breaking the door down, running in and out of this place.
Doesn't make a difference to me. Well, as long as none of them UNLOAD on a horse I'm playing that is. :mj07:
I got a feeling they're readers and not players... so here's something that may be of interest to them....
That last race? Turned out I cleared over $700. Don't know why, but I bet that one with $10 dollar bills, a bit more on the Win bet. Fives or a little more on exactas). Maybe I was also betting based on "LUCKY" Tue$. ?
NOW, here's the interesting part...
There's always a fly in the dang SOUP Dept
The biggest payoff was the trifecta for that race, three hundred forty something. Just so happens that the two horses that finished 2nd and 3rd were the two favorites. AND... those two were rated (my ratings) as the top to hosses in that race with a clear margin over the next rated one. I didn't play the trifecta in that race, just had so much on the other bets. Ugh! Whoulda cleared a grand?
The Bettor Story
Ya gotta make your own, but some LUCK plays a part of every thing you do, ESP. in this "business". First thing I do when it comes to hosswacin is to check out just the no. of entries, distance, class, and decide if the race could be a big payoff just based on those things.
I check off the playable races and when I get to 3 or 4 of them, I stop and usually don't bother to look beyond that point. The 8th race was the last "PLAYABLE" race for me and normally I'd just put the pp's away, but somehow I didn't and just thought I'd see who was running in the 9th. When I saw "Congressional Bust" ... I knew there was no way I was gonna pass that one up.
That's it for now. G.L. yawl.
