I like to play against any team that just finished a series against the Yanks. I only play the first game of the series. Boston is a good go against tonight.

leaning towards the Orioles in this series, and
after watching the events of the past weekend unfold, that
concept looks better and better. We get to go against Boston
after a big emotional series in New York, in which they came
away with 2 out of 3. They figure to be flat for the opener of
this set, especially having returned home late following the
Sunday night game. Baltimore hsa been outstanding on
the road this year, including a 10-3 (+$815) record vs. righties
with an average of 9.1 runs per game at night. They'll be
anxious to atone for the sweep suffered at the hands of the
Tigers, and the Red Sox have lost money against righthanders
at night (10-11, -$455). Grab the underdog price in this one.

Ray,
If you look at Lilly's last outing and Moyer's last two, they look like they're starting to pull out of their slump.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

padres strong

The Padres return to Petco Park tonight to open their longest homestand of the year with a 20-6 mark in May. San Diego comes home after a 6-3 run on its longest road trip of the season and was impressive in producing 40 hits in the series with the Giants. The Padres come home from the Bay in first place and should be ecstatic with everyone in the lineup contributing. The defense isn't too shabby either, as it's yet to commit an error in 98 innings now.
