Well, if she was begging him to come up there...that just spells trouble. You don't get two people in the same place who are very attracted to each other, and who have already somewhat acted on it, without there being trouble. If he's truly intent on not going any further with it, the only way to make sure that happens is to not put himself into such a situation. It's the same old, "well, we got drunk and it just happened". Nothing "just happens". That's just a poor excuse from people looking to justify their shifty behavior.

See after a little hostility, this has become very informative.

I dont think she was beggin him to come up there, just pleading for him to not stop coming to the bar.

She told him see likes their connection & attraction & that she will just have to adjust to the situation & deal with & she said she would in time.

To me in a way it really seems like she might be the trouble, moreso than him, but she is just letting it settle for right now. I think he is in way over his head.

He is forwarding me every text & messsage, its really become pathetic to me.....

Just like a broad.

10 million single guys all around and she has to go after a married guy. Always want what you can't have. I'd bet money she wouldn't be so "attracted" to him if he didn't have a ring. Poor girl just can't control what she is. He's got to stay out of her bar. She's dying to get on her back. Also got a feeling this wouldn't be the 1st time for either party here getting into things they shouldn't. She also can't keep this between just the two of them. If he so desired (which I think is stupid) such a relationship, he should find someone a little more mature and maybe not so hot that can handle this type relationship properly. Loose lips sink ships.

You should say your piece and stay very clear of this whole thing 3 Secs. Close friend or not the vicarious thrill you may get from all this isn't worth him crying on your shoulder down the road. Things like this bring a lot of collateral harm.

You and I, as well as your friend, know that no good will come out of him going to the bar. They both seem to like the little game they are playing, and I'm sure it will continue. Some people thrive off of these little games and the drama they create. Unfortunately, there are two other "innocent" parties that are involved with them...

???
Distraught is when something bad happens to you. What the hell bad happened to him? Wanting to cheat on your 3-year relationship does not qualify a person as being distraught.

If my friend kept bugging me about this situation I would tell him to either break up with the relationship and go for the bartender or drop the whole idea and stick with the first one. But definitely don't cheat on anyone.

Well, it sounds like a situation of his own doing.

I don't think I could handle that. I'd be telling him not to drag me into his little drama-fest. People in those situations never pay attention to advice you give them anyway. They won't shut up about their 'frazzled' situation, but they also don't listen to advice. It's like they just love to let you know that they have a choice of multiple women.

Sec, let us know when he finally goes back to the bar and she already has her next fling in her sights. Let us know how jealous he gets. I always love guys who get jealous in this type of situation when they already have a steady girl.
He is gonna walk away from this? lol. He isnt going anywhere especially when he gets a little buzzed. This might end up in a fist fight between your buddy and her new boyfriend. Then he can try to explain to his real girl why he has a black eye.
And what the hell is buck hunter?
