I will not go into details, because it would require betraying confidences, but I can assure you that 8 or 9 people from this forum (some of these names may just surprise you) followed this as it happened and each and every one of them agreed that it was a bet.

I don't quite know at this point if I'm viewed as a contributor or a shit talker and, quite frankly, I gave up hope a long time ago to fully contribute to this site what I once did and what I very much would still would like to do. It never ceases to bewilder me those that choose to offer up their opinion about someone or a situation with little or no substance to base it on. With that being said, include me among those that know enough about this particular issue to hold a strong and fact-based opinion that it was, indeed, a bet.....
