Ax is doing just fine. Due to time constraints Grindstone has been using the same capping routine to generate the same plays as Ax would have. So a BIG thank you to GS.

I'm sure he will pop his head in every now and again.

Chump I have no idea and hope he would chime in with some of his solid UNDA action
!

Just trying to help

GS

I had the Under in the PHI/IND game on Saturday and it was a close one. Coming home you think it stays under again? Any good stats for these types of situations?

I have this game going under and landing around 198

This game is pretty much predicated on the Celtics: do they want to show up and win handily on a team that beat them in Los Angeles or just coast and come out w/ a victory?

Clippers have been playing well as of late - ever since the humiliation on TNT against Phoenix (although they got their a$$es handed to 'em again by Denver this past Thursday, but played hard up to the half in that contest), but are more of a competitive unit as opposed to a juggernaut. If the Celtics elect to lollygag, then the Clippers will keep this game tight - if Boston wants to step on the jugular, it'll be ugly for Los Angeles although they likely projected it to be a loss and made yesterday's game against the Wizards a priority of this back-to-back...

Well said ETZ hoping for a Bost let down as they have Orl next on board and will be on Prime time TNT this thursday. Will see what happens but wouldn't be shocked if Bost teaches them a lesson or two.

Not touching the game GS, but best of luck to you; Clippers trending up currently so a team to watch for and lean towards in favorable spots...

LAC + 11.5
NO/PORT O 188.5

Anybody know why this philly game has been bet at 59% over by the public??

Ya, only reason that scared me off the under. Couple of decent touts (oxymoron if there ever was one) are on the over, so who knows. BOL with your plays :toast:

tongihts board seems fishy all the way around

I thought I really liked some of tonight's games but I just cant pull the trigger. Maybe some 2nd halfs.

Like this 6pt teaser tho for fun

LAC +17.5
MEM +7.5
MIA +5
CHI +13.5 (if rose plays, if not) SAN -2.5
CHAR +11
UTAH -1
NO +8.5

tell which one is the wrong play? There has to be 1...

Miami +5 would scare me, and I'd defintely go with Spurs instead of Bulls. Spurs could win by 20 tonight ;)

One could potentially revise Lombardi's adage about "fatigue makes cowards out of us all" to include age - although getting older usually means imparting experience (in life), it also spells less hope in the sporting arena...

Two years ago the Spurs had a margin of approximately 5 points in which they could operate - keep it close and hopefully the defense could ignite a furious flurry at the end to eke out a win; last year, the age of the big 3 proved revealing in that the margin of 5 had evaporated - to try to remedy this, the Spurs aimed to get younger; however, instead of being able to secure tier 1 players, the Spurs have only been able to plug w/ 1C, 2, 2A, etc. personnel - Parker's career spans his teens back in France whereas Ginobili also has logged major minutes w/ the Argentinian national side and Duncan's tenure in the league speaks for itself - especially given the number of post regular season runs he's enjoyed.

Parker, Ginobili, and Duncan are old (as in dog years) and diminished - and that brief interlude a couple of weeks back when the Spurs went on a mini winning spree? A mirage in all likelihood...

As for Phoenix, it's pretty revealing that Dragic brings the ball up court w/ Nash beside him - instead of confidently interweaving both points, Gentry's desperation in the late stages of tonight's contest against Utah spoke volumes when he employed this tactic. If Frye was a keeper, wouldn't a character-driven, hard-nosed squad like Portland have kept him? B/w both Frye and David Lee (given their starts w/ the Knicks), who would a current GM rather have? Don't think the choice is that difficult... The Suns are as fragile as they have always been - teetering on the brink of disaster, but able to con the public b/c of the pace they play at; they don't fast break like they used to though and don't position themselves all along the 3 point line to drill the opposition - that's Orlando's MO now (although as w/ all jump shooting teams, if you live by the 3, you also die by it as well). And despite Nash's avowed and publicized prowess offensively, why doesn't he receive more criticism about his defensive shortcomings? The 2 point jumper he allowed Deron Williams by not fighting off a Boozer screen at the end pretty much killed any residual momentum for the Suns.
